Winter has left the city, unleashing a magnitude of green from underneath the icy, white depths of snow. Flowers are just beginning to bloom outside the world of frost, making the air fresh and cool, though not gelid. The weather of coldness seems to have been swept away by the breeze.
Winter is over, and the prey is back. Birds who had migrated have returned. Prey is plentiful, rats and mice everywhere, breeding once more. So far, so good. Prey's only gonna get better.

Hey, this is Philo (for like the first time ever). Well, things have been going pretty awesome for us. I tell you, I, for one, never expected us to kick off this well. New characters are being made left and right, and virtually everyone's roleplaying. Many people log on every day. Man, it's awesome. Besides that, we have welcomed some new things to the site. The first is image selling, a way for members to make old coins without advertising. You can find info about it in the image studio board. And speaking of advertising... You guys are crazy. You're advertising like it's going to go out of style, and because of that I'm worried there won't be any more sites to advert on, lol. So, I'm raising the old coins per to twenty per advert. It might make things easier and people won't go nuts (this does not mean everyone's current old coins are doubled). Well, like Zathar said, we're in motion and we're only getting more active day after day. So, people, join now. We're nearing our prime. Go TER!

Sorry I haven't done updates in a while, and yes, this is Zathar again. We're doing well, with more than 5 new members~ Active too!! Our Grand Opening last Sunday was a big success, and Zathar posted 18 advertisements, along with others who posted countless adverts as well. We'd appreciate it if members could advertise as much as Faint, who was a big success with 22 adverts. You can also get 10 Old COins for each advert, so run before the reward OC goes down!! :o Anyway, characters are being accepted, members welcomed, and roleplaying threads started. We're in motion, so join now. :]

Hello and good afternoon, this is Zathar speaking. We (philo & j!nx & zathar) are setting up the site, and philo has made an excellent plot, so be sure to check it out a.s.a.p. Even though we're working on the site, we'd love it if you'd join. For those who want a quick hook before reading the plot, this is a dog/wolf roleplay site. I'm working on default avatars, so be aware that there will be some. Feel free to use the C-Box and get to know your admins. Jinx here! I'll be taking a leave from this wednesday (18th, I believe) to go on a trip for a group at my school. I'll be gone until that coming saturday, but I'm not sure if I'll be able to get on, because my mom doesn't let me on the computer all that much. I'll let you know if anything changes!

This is where you will create the bios for your characters. Please, do not post anywhere before your character is accepted by a member of staff. And do not automatically assume you are accepted, if we have not posted for a few days.
This board is all about getting relationships for your character. Hopefully, everyone knows what a character page is. Or plot page, if you wanna call it that.
Just what it is. A street that winds for many yards. It passes a variety of different places and is a good route for travel because of the many locations and structures it was made along. Sometimes pups will chase each other down the cracked asphalt, trying to get to the end first. Beware of cheaters who skip over the road and run straight on.
Neighborhood are stretched out all over the New York area, but these are a few that are still pretty decent. They're good places to house yourselves, and keep you tucked neatly away from the elements.
The river is wide, and it is a major part of the city. It's a navigable river, and boats used to float down it. Before the incident, it had been polluted to extremes. Now birds pick garbage off its banks, cawing and such. This is a good place to hunt birds, it seems. Though if their too full of trash, they can give a great bellyache.
Graffitti covers the walls of the stone tunnel. Back in the days of humans, children used to play there, writing with great, round pieces of chalk on the ground. Now it is no more than a passageway to get to the land that comes after it, like the church.
There were many junkyards in the city. Not much use to the humans except to dump their trash and things they no longer wanted. To dogs, though, they are full of many treasures. There was a series of junkyards in the past. Now they are just deserted pieces of smelling land where rats gather.
This is one of the most dangerous places in the outer city. An old house is perched just upon the corner. Strange dogs roam here, some psychopaths, some just vile oddities. When passing, walk fast. They might not see you... You might stay safe.
Outside the city, for miles and miles and miles more, are hills with jagged rocks and much prey. Not many leave the comfort of the city, but some do. Most of the residents of the hills are either wolfdogs or wolves. They are strong creatures, always having to travel by scaling the rocky terrain. It is said that some of the strongest canines come for the hills.
Outside the city, the grass grows green, the cows roam, feeding on it. It's all farmland, an agricultural region. And it is said that if a canine travels far enough through the seemingly endless pastures, they will see humans again. Of course, that's impossible, and only makes hounds stay away from the desolate greenland.
Where many humans used to roam, now only lonely canines walk the sand. The beaches have become depressing places, dark and cold. The remains of beach chairs and umbrellas fly across the land, propelled by violent winds and sprayed with the foam of crashing waves.
The land of Cerberus is a dark one. It is said that once you have died, your soul will travel to the land of the dead. You must cross the river Styx to enter either a land of eternal death and flames or a place of brightness and peace for all who enters. It is chosen which one you will go to by your past deeds. Dogs who have made many wrongs in their lives go to Cerberus, where the great three-headed canine monstrosity rules all. (not claimable)
This is the land of brightness and angels. Once one has crossed the river Styx, if you have been a good person, you will enter laelaps. This is a place of golden light and an angelic chorus. Here, the "golden hound" Laelaps rules all, still hopelessly chasing the Teumessian fox, stuck in his stone form for all eternity. (not claimable)
The half-life, between death and life. This is a place, where dogs who don't want to go to the afterlife, stay. They watch as fellow canines nervously travel with Charon into the distanse, about to find out whether they were good or bad in their life. (not claimable)
Members may come here to chat about various things, play some games. Do what they do. However, be aware that this board follows the same rules as the site. No inappropriate stuff, please. And no fighting.
